Hotel Terms & Conditions
House Rules & Regulations:-
· Check-in at 14:00 hrs and Check-out at 11:00 hrs. (Follow the specified check-in and check-out times to facilitate a smooth transition for everyone.)
· Early Check-in / Check-out subject to availability (Chargeable)
· Any Extra person will be Chargeable
· It is mandatory to all guests to provide a valid Govt I'd at the time of Check-in, followed with check-in process.
· Any pending balance amount to be cleared at the time of Check-in along with security deposit of 10,000/-
· Pre-termination is not allowed. Extension will be subject to availability.
· Kindly maintain Pool timings 09:00 am - 10:00 pm.
· No drinks and food to be consumed in the pool.
· No outside guests allowed.
· No loud music or parties allowed.
· Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa, however you may use balconies or outdoor areas for smoking.
· Hair dryer and Iron can be provided on request.
· Caretaker & Chef available at the premises 24/7
· Daily Housekeeping (Linen will be changed after 2 days of check-in).
· Help us to save our environment and conserve water; we do not support excess waste. Hence, don’t misuse the linen and towels.
· Kindly shut off all air-conditioners and hot water geysers when not in use to help stop global warming.
Drugs, arms and ammunition are not allowed within the villa premises.
· Contribute to keeping common areas neat and clean. Do not throw trash outside the compound barrier, use the dustbin.
· The management is not responsible for loss or damages of valuables; kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings, lock the villa door before going out once the keys are handed over.
· Please don't put any decoration items that tamper with anything on the property.
· Any Breakage or something missing or loss caused to the villa will be chargeable.
· Pet Friendly villa
· The villa is under CCTV surveillance.
· In case of a power outage, there is a generator backup available at the villa.
· Two small cars can be parked in the parking area per villa.
· Taxis can be arranged for pick up and drop off on an extra charge.
· For bike/Taxi rentals contact the caretaker.
Cancellation Policies
· Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – 80% refund.
· Cancellation within 30 days of the check-in date – No refund.
